We can see what looks like a small headland or point from the living room window and have seen lots of people walking to it.
It turns out it is an ancient pre Roman fort and they are currently doing surveys to see what is there. This video shows the area they have cleared to start to investigate further.
We haven’t been to see it yet (I guess it will just be some rocks), but looking forward to seeing what’s there!
