Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach between July and end of October. So we took Daisy to the beach for the first time in a while. She very much enjoyed it and was very happy romping along the river and the beach playing ball!
In the photo above, we’re on the river bit and we all found a bit of Sargadelos pottery. I say all, as Daisy actually dropped her ball on top of a piece – so she got credit for that find 🙂
It’s virtually impossible to wear out her enthusiasm for playing fetch with her ball!

Ian has been trend setting with the one-armed t-shirt look. I am sure that it won’t be long before we see the trend catching on…
He has been clearing the space in the corner which is above where we park the car Рremoving the soil from the stone. We thought if we stripe this back to the stone, it will reduce the amount of weed-attracting soil and we can make built up areas for plants like in the photo above. This is where we planted the Kiwi̱o (little kiwis) and a walnut tree.
This will actually be a nice area when it is cleared, so we’ll decide what we are going to do with it!
