Ian has finished the gate, fence and steps and Dimrose and Pirata had their first adventure outside since we moved. Roland and Babbity haven’t been out yet. Roland will need to go out in his own time and Babbity will be able to get out over the fence (she can see), so we need to supervise her to make sure she knows how to get back.
In typical Dimrose fashion, in a garden full of lovely things to smell – she decided to sniff the underneath of the old table!
She did though get a little further in her explorations.
Pirata – Cat of Action – enjoyed being outside too – although he has had to be bought in a few times for paying too much attention to the electric jigsaw. While you would think that being blind, Pirata would avoid things that sound dangerous – his approach is more along the lines of ‘ooh, that sounds like an electric drill – let me get up super-close…’

And next Ian will be making a gate and fence at the back of the house. This will mean that there will be another safe space for the animals.
