Dimrose is a very odd cat. And one of her main oddities is she goes to sleep nose down, so it looks like she’s been sat up and then just fallen asleep and just collapsed forward! However, I saw her looking very sweet snuggled up on the sofa, so I took advantage of her being still to take a photo.
Ian has been hard at work distributing rubbish around the village rubbish bins. We have accumulated an amazing amount of ‘stuff’ over the years, which all lives upstairs, so Ian’s been putting it in bags and popping it into our bin, and if that looks like it’s getting full, popping it into other less full bins. The aim is so we can show off the completely big space that is upstairs and not have it look like Steptoe’s yard.
We have said we should have decluttered more. Well, I say ‘more’ but our only other declutter event was us spending 30 minutes debating whether to throw out an interesting looking glass jar – only to put it back in the cupboard to make a decision at a later date!
