We had to go to a council office in Llerena to get our ‘digital certificate’ which allows us to do more things online (including accessing our medical records on the health service portal).
The office was pretty impressive and on the grounds of one of the buildings used by the Spanish Inquisition. Although the building had been restored, they kept as many original features as possible, including this ‘graffiti’ which was used to frighten people into complying with the S.I.
Unfortunately it was difficult to get a good photo!

This is part of the building and it is just behind the church.

The church tower can be seen from the office courtyard – I’m not sure who the man is at the very top of the tower – and I think it was me that was leaning not the tower!!
