In preparing the flat for the new tenants, I spent this evening installing a new electric shower as the previous shower had been unable to heat water. Apparently the last shower had been unable to heat water because there was no power going into it, and no lights on the shower to show whether or not there was power there.
Having fitted the new shower and turned the water back on, I was pleased to note that none of the new pipework was leaking. On the other hand I was less pleased to note that the shower wasn’t heating water which is when I noticed that none of the lights were working. I suspect I’ll have fun and games getting that sorted, but on the bright side, the old shower was quite caked with scale and water was barely passing through it, so needed to be replaced.
Got to go, got work on our “next big thing”.
