Ian and I have decided to do aerobics in the morning. We have found this lady on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-30LmvW0S5s&t=9s who has a whole host of different low impact videos. As Ian is prone to injuring himself at the prospect of exercise (so far skipping, running and cycling have all got the better of him), this lady is good because it’s walking based and low impact. The videos range from 10 minutes upwards, so there’s no excuse not just to do something.
