I would like to point out that I was not taking a picture of the new builder’s bottom. I was actually trying to capture Manuel and his new assistant balancing on the top of the wall, catching concrete beams. It made me feel poorly to look at them.
I’ve been deciding the best place to have the skylights. I think I’ll be guided by Manuel. So far he’s planned one in the corner nearest the road at the house end of the workshop. This gets the last bit of sunlight in the afternoon. Part of the challenge is working out where the sun will shine. I was thinking that the sun shines straight down – which of course it doesn’t.
They are not working over the weekend, so it’ll be next week before I can get it painted.
