Well, we spent quite a while looking through our new recipe book yesterday. I had to double check a couple of times to make sure we hadn’t picked up a spell book. There are recipes for lizard stew, that read like something from MacBeth.
The book is quite interesting, it includes local variations on dishes, so the Llerena recipe for a dish will be different to one further north. Also interesting that there are only half a dozen rice or paella dishes – obviously not a local favorite.
Just deciding what we will have for tea tonight (sin lizard, por supuesto).
