I’m still helping That Child with his English.
And I am constantly learning new things myself – how did I ever learn English? It’s so bloomin’ complicated!
Here’s a new one that I never knew that I knew – adverbs of frequency always go in front of the verb with the exception of the verb ‘to be’ – where they go afterwards. So..
I always go swimming
I never eat chocolate
I sometimes read magazines
I am always on time
I am never in a bad mood
I am sometimes tired
At least I am learning something, even if he’s not…!
Fascinating, I think I had better attend your class!!
