Has anyone seen it. I got it out of the library the other week thinking it’d be good film to watch after a day at the Alston Show, selling soap. We didn’t get around to watching it that night and as it has to go back tomorrow we thought we’d sit down and watch it tonight.
I shan’t pretend to be an authority on title sequences, however to my mind this was the equal of the intro to the Pink Panther. I thought we could be in for a goodie if the rest of the film matches this.
Unfortunately we’ll never know as the DVD then locked and refused to work on either of the 2 PCs we tried it on.
Shame.
Think Kate may have sabotaged it as I hadn’t looked for Finding Nemo or Monsters Inc. I’ll know what to choose this week.
Whatever we end up watching, we’ll have the choice of watching it in a brightly lit room or with any range of more subdued lighting options. I’ve actually started to achieve some of those things I’d planned to get sorted immediately after we moved in; including getting lights into the dining room and owl room. I’ve also plastered in some of the cables I chased into the walls last year so that we can decorate; gives me the opportunity to moan about Kate being slow to get the painting done.
Oh yes, just remebered I went Go-karting with work a couple of nights ago. It was brilliant!!!
I came 3rd out of 7; missing second because the boss’s missus had a faster lap time.
Interestingly my boss, Tony, who used to drive as a semi-professional rally driver came 6th, narrowly beating our resident blonde who spent the night going round in circels and waving. At one point she crashed into the wall and thought she’d been seriously injured because it all went black; fortunately a marshall was quickly on hand to turn her helmet back around.
I think we’ll be going back in the not too distant future and to make it more interesting we’ll be taking partners – you can all look forward to hearing about Kate gets on soon. I hope.
