Well tonight I actually started writing my blog on my handheld with the intention of hotsynching to the pc and uploading from there.
Unfotunately for some reason I can no longer connect the handheld to the PC. I’ll get it sorted soon, though I guess you won’t hear my exceptionally interesting Crumps story.
Well let’s take a look at Kate’s post. My birthday present!
Last year I asked for a train set and I received 5 herdwick sheep ewes.
I’ve learned my lesson. This year I asked for nothing but Kate has definitely got me something. Considering that environmental health left a message on our phone yesterday, mere seconds after a similar request for us to get in touch from the health and safety department, leads me to worry slightly more than I normally would.
There’s a rumour on the street that my birthday present might be turning up tomorrow. There’s also a rumour on the street that we’re going to be the proud parents of an ostrich, hence the official activity. Ostriches are classed as dangerous animals – some might say on a par with the “lesser spotted kate with credit card”.
However I’m not one to believe rumours and I’m sure I can trust my wife. I look forward to my train set.
