Today we enter the second part of Phase 3. Until now, travel outside of our community (Badajoz) has been prohibited. However, as from today, we can go to anywhere in Extremadura – which means we can go to the northern half (Caceres) if we wanted to.
I don’t think anything else has changed 🙂
