Book illustrations are taking forever. This time it’s about an annoying girl and her equally annoying grandmother. I think I will revisit the idea I had a few years ago to write a book for young English learners, and illustrate that. The author wanted me to make realistic characters which is a little more challenging. With a three eyed alien, noone can tell if I make a small mistake – however with a realistic character it is obvious!
We got lost this morning in an olive grove round the corner. The rain has made the weeds grow so high, we were completely disorientated. We had to carry Pixie and Millie because they kept getting stuck in the weeds!
