The rain and warm weather has created some impressive asparagus stalks!

And this is a pic of the village from another angle. We took a different turn on our asparagus hunt and found ourselves looking down on the village from the top of the hills on the other side of the road. We normally go further down the lane, so this was a bit different!
I think we worked out we could see 7 villages from the top of this hill. There is a ruined house there, wonder if it was once used as a lookout…
