Did the steps sink or the sand rise?
We recently discovered that some bakers open on a Sunday morning in larger towns. So when we went to get bread for a bread-and-cheese meal, we also got some for lunch and went to explore some of the small beaches the other side of Burela with an aim to having a picnic.
There were plenty of nice places, and although it was a warm day, the wind was strong so we had to look for somewhere sheltered to stop our food blowing away!
Anyway, we did find this little church on a headland which was very pretty.
