I’m trying to make ciabatta bread for the first time. This is it 4 and a half hours into it’s first six hour rising. This had better be good.
So far, so good. It looks as if it could actually be a couple of loaves of ciabatta that emerge from the oven in an hour’s time.
Well, they look like ciabatta.
