I was a little surprised to find the chickens brewing their own beer. However, they definitely appear dedicated to the task. They keep kicking their grain into their water container, which then starts fermenting. I thought our two ladies were broody as they aren’t laying eggs and they spend much of the time sleeping. In retrospect I realise that they are probably tiddly for half the time and sleeping it off the other half…
